Boris Ratnikov

Major-General Stock Federal Security Service of Russia. In 1984 he graduated VKSH KGB officer, specializing in special education with higher and with knowledge of the Persian language.
In 1980 - years of in official missions in Afghanistan as an adviser HAD bodies, participated in the fighting, awarded orders and medals.

Since 1991 - till 1994 - and was the first deputy chief of General Directorate for Protection of the Russian Federation.

Since May 1994, worked as a chief adviser to the President of the Security Service of Russia. > In 1996 - 1997 - m appointed advisor to the Federal Security Service chief of the Russian Federation. Prior to 2003, was an advisor to chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma.
